Here you will find some of my favorite homemade juice recipes. I get my recipe ideas from www.juicerecipes.com. I may alter them a bit to my tasting. For example, swap out fruits or veggies I'm not a fan of...or I may add more lemon than the recipe calls for because I LOVE LEMON! Mmmmm! Either way, these recipes are very healthy for your mind, body, soul & natural hair goals. ENJOY!

Apples - 2 medium (3" dia) 364g

Celery - 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) 80g

Cucumber - 1 cucumber (8-1/4") 301g

Kale - 5 leaf (8-12") 175g

Lemon - 1/2 fruit (2-3/8" dia) 42g

Oranges (peeled) - 2 fruit (2-5/8" dia) 262g

Parsley - 1 handful 40g

As a naturalista we go through a real life journey. We want thick, long hair and we first understand we can no longer use chemicals. Then we start using products more healthy than a relaxer, which is just about ANYTHING. Lol! Later we find out even the products we use can have harmful ingredients, so we learn about them and choose wisely. After hundreds of dollars spent on hair products we wake up even more to realize what we put into our bodies matters as well. Healthy hair starts from the inside.
